1. Cancellation policy: A cancellation fee of NT$300 will be charged if you cancel 24 to 72 hours before your service.
2. If you cancel within 24 hours before your service, you will be charged 100% of the total fare.
3. Our driver will be on standy for up to 90 minutes, then it is consider the same as a service cancellation.
4. Luggage: According to the Republic of China traffic regulations, the number of passengers should be based on the number of models, large luggage should be placed in the trunk. If it exceeds the loading limit, it will hinder the safety of driving. The passengers has to take the responsibility.

6. If you wish to change your reservation, please contact our 24-hour customer service (02) 7734-5711, within 24 hours before your restrictions may apply, a change fee of NT$300 will be charged to modify the originally booked service within 24-72hours of service.
7. The time of the above-mentioned is subject to the change of flight time caused by non-resistance factors. JoinMe will wait for the time by the order.
8. Airport drop-off: the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. If you do not arrive within 30 mins, you will be considered a no-show and forfeit service without refund.
9. Airport pick-up: A grace period of 90 mins will apply for airport pick-up. If you do not arrive within 90 mins, you will be considered a no-show and forfeit service without refund
