  • How early should I book my airport transfer service?

    Reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance,  five working days in advance during holiday peak season.

  • Can I make changes to my reservation?

    If you wish to change your reservation, please contact our 24-hour customer service (02) 7734-5711, restrictions may apply, a change fee of NT$300 will be charged to modify the originally booked service within 6 hours of service.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    A cancellation fee of NT$200 will be charged if you cancel 6 to 24 hours before your service. If you cancel within 6 hours before your service, you will be charged 50% of the total fare. Our driver will be on standy for up to 90 minutes, then it is consider the same as a service cancellation.

  • Can I pick up others during the transfer service? Can I add extra stops ?

    You can include additional stops when you book the service for a fee of TWD200. If the additional stops are out of the way of the final destination, additional fees may apply.

  • How do I receive my booking information?

    Booking and driver information will be sent via text, for Taiwan OB flights, a text will be sent the day before at 8PM, for Taiwan inbound flights, a text will be sent 2 hours before pick up time.

  • My flight is delayed, who can help?

    Our driver will check your flgiht status base on the flight number you provided and adjust accordingly. Our driver will be on standy for up to 90 minutes, longer delays may affect your service, please contact our 24-hour service for assistance (02) 7734-5711.

    Our service fee already includes: in-car Wi-Fi service, fuel costs, road tolls, driver allowance, driver overnight accomodations, and sales tax. Tickets and parking fees are not included in the service fee, gratuity for the driver is welcomed but not required.

    Our charte tour service fee already include: Wi-fi service on the car, fuel costs, tolls, meals, business tax, driver's accommodation fee, excluding tickets, parking fees, no need to add "tips".

  • How can I book two-day Charter free travel?

    We provide 4-hour or 8-hour (up to 12 hours) charter private tour service. For extended tours, please contact us for a price quote.

  • Can your vehical be rented in one location and returned to another?

    Yes, you can.If you wish to return the car from different places, depending on the situation, we will send a confirmation mail within 24 hours to inform you whether it is provided, and you need to pay the service fee when you pick up the car. AVIS Car : TWD 1000/time, Budget Car : TWD 1500/time.

  • What is your privcy policy?

    We only pass necessary passenger contact info to our driver for the service, other information will be stored in out encryped system per Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act requirements.
