1. Reservation must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Our service fee already includes: in-car Wi-Fi service, fuel costs, road tolls, driver allowance, driver overnight accomodations, and sales tax. Tickets and parking fees are not included in the service fee, gratuity for the driver is welcomed but not required.
2. Luggage: According to the Republic of China traffic regulations, the number of passengers should be based on the number of models, large luggage should be placed in the trunk. If it exceeds the loading limit, it will hinder the safety of driving. The passengers has to take the responsibility.
4. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of NT$300 will be charged if you cancel 24 to 72 hours before your service. If you cancel within 24 hours before your service, you will be charged 100% of the total fare. Our driver will be on standy for up to 90 minutes, then it is consider the same as a service cancellation.
5. Change your booking: If you wish to change your reservation, please contact our 24-hour customer service (02) 7734-5711, 24 hours before your restrictions may apply, a change fee of NT$300 will be charged to modify the originally booked service within 24-72 hours of service.

Overtime fee: If the service time exceeds the original time, an additional fee will be charged that full size sedan is NT$175 per 30 minutes, luxury sedan is NT$350 per 30 minutes, and transport van is NT$250 per 30 minutes. The traffic conditions exceeds service hours will also be considered as overtime charge.
9. Extra milage charge: the basic mileage for 4hrs is 150 kilometers, and 8hrs is 250 kilometers. If the basic mileage is exceeded, a kilometer fee will be charged for full size sedan is NT$10/km and both luxury sedan and transport van is NT$15/km.
